Shipping Policy

Each Cosmic Morse piece is prepared with care and then shipped to you. Delivery timing depends on where you are in the world.

Processing

Standard pieces ship within 2–4 business days. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are prepared within 5–10 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Canada & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
• Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance can extend delivery times.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders — the threshold, when active, is shown in your cart.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact hello@cosmicmorse.com and we'll make it right.
