These Terms govern your use of the Cosmic Morse website and services. By using the site, purchasing a product, or requesting your Cosmic Morse code, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the service
Cosmic Morse is offered for personal reflection, inspiration, and enjoyment. Content and results are metaphysical and entertainment in nature, and are not intended as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase.
Purchases & digital delivery
The Cosmic Morse code is a personalized digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because delivery is immediate and the result is unique to you, all sales of the $8.88 Cosmic Morse code are final and non-refundable. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
Physical products
Bracelets and other physical items may be returned in unworn, original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping non-refundable). Engraved and custom pieces are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to reverse-engineer how codes are generated, no automated abuse, and no unlawful, threatening, or infringing content submitted through our forms.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and the underlying computation of Cosmic Morse are the intellectual property of Cosmic Morse and its licensors. Your personal code belongs to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Morse and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Cosmic Morse's operating entity. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
